The 30th Stockport Beer and Cider Festival will be at Edgeley Park, the home of Stockport County, less than 10 minutes from Stockport station, from 2ne to 4th June this year.
This year 150 or so different cask beers or more will be available (including many never been seen before), plus ciders, perries and bottled conditioned beers from across Europe and the USA.
The use of the stadium gives festival goers the guarantee of a seat and the chance to drink outside during what it is to be hoped will be balmy summer days and evenings while downstairs great live entertainment is promised in the large entertainment suite.
In addition as always is there an especially brewed festival ale, stalls, programme, souvenir T-shirts and glasses and hot and cold food. Families are very welcome in the stand and limited disabled access is available. The Festival is supporting local mental health charity, Beacon Counselling.
