On the 14th October the local scout troop had a trip on the train to Delamere forest. This was a chance to put their rail safety knowledge from their Arlo’s Adventures books into practice and work towards there rail safety badge.
They also got to spend an hour having fun in Delamere forest which is beautiful at this time of year ablaze with autumnal colours. A big thank you to Northern and Mouldsworth Station volunteer Clair Hogg for organising the trip. The scouts are looking forward to doing some station related projects over the coming months at their local station.
