Northerns Communities and Sustainability Mgr Rebecca Styles held a mass safety briefing at Altrincham station on the 21st November. It was a chance for volunteers to refresh their memories on platform safety and ask any questions they had.
Community Rail Officer Sarah Muir has also been holding refresher safety briefings for those who couldn`t make Altrincham. The rail partnership are keen to take the rail safety message out into the community by working with schools and youth groups.
