The Marvellous Days Out Poster Exhibition is now showing at the Knutsford Heritage Centre in King Street, Knutsford – a short walk from Knutsford Railway Station.
The exhibition, commissioned by the Mid-Cheshire Community Rail Partnership, to evoke the Golden Age of British Travel, features the designs of Nick Thompson from Chester-based Lemondrop Creative.
Take the opportunity to see this amazing collection of iconic art-deco style railway posters, featuring railway stations along the Mid Cheshire Line connecting Chester to Manchester via Northwich, Knutsford, Altrincham and Stockport …. all around the theme of having a marvellous day out and encouraging people to use the railway line.
You will also be able to buy souvenirs from the gift shop including replicas of the iconic posters. The range includes prints and postcards.
